Piper Perabo
Piper Perabo has been nominated for a
Golden Globe as a stage actress, television and film actor. She was born in
Dallas, Texas, and raised in New Jersey, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from
Ohio University. In 2000, she was cast in a starring role in Coyote Ugly. She
has been featured in a number of films since then, including Christopher
Nolan's "The Prestige" which starred Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale as
well as "Because I Said So", with Diane Keaton, and "First
Snow" with Guy Pearce. "Cheaper by the Dozen", "Imagine Me
& You" films starring Steve Martin, "Cheaper by the
Dozen", "Cheaper by the Dozen", "Cheaper by the Dozen"
films, "10th & Wolf" crime drama with a cast that also included
Dennis Hopper and James Marsden. She appeared alongside Bruce Willis, Joseph
Gordon Levitt, Emily Blunt and Jeff Daniels in Rian Johnson's sci-fi action
film "Looper.". On television, Perabo starred as Annie Walker in all
5 seasons of USA Network's spy show "Covert Affairs." She starred in
ABC's legal drama "Notorious" in the year 2016. You can also watch
"Turn up Charlie" on Netflix with IdrisElba. In Neil LaBute's
controversial play, "Reasons to be Pretty", Perabo made her Broadway
debut. Perabo was nominated by the Tony for the award for Best Play. Outside of
her the stage and on screen, Perabo is also an activist. Perabo is an
International Rescue Committee Voice to help those who have been displaced due
to persecution, war or oppression from the political. Piper lives in Los
Angeles, New York City. Graduated from Toms River (NJ) High School North class
of 1994. She appeared in every musical that was performed during high school.
Her senior year was when she played Katie in "Meet Me in St. Louis;"
junior year, Cousin Fan in "Mame;" sophomore year, Lady Brighton in
"Me and My Girl,"" and , in her freshman year, she danced in
"How to Be Successful in Business Without Really Trying." In high
school, she was the president of the National Honor Society and the editor of
the school literary journal, Polaris. In high school, she was a member of the
Marinerettes as a dancer for the field show that was held during football
games.
